We set up 1 hour prior to your event start time. Pick up is 5 hours after your scheduled start time. (Unless you booked extra hours) Pick ups requested after 8 pm will incur a $50 late night pick up fee. 

Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book per bounce house. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. The balance is due 5 days before your delivery day/time. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future date within the calendar year.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy from the date of your scheduled event. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your event an additional $50 late cancellation fee will be charged. 

If the day of your event needs to be cancelled because of weather we will hold your deposit for another event in the future within the calendar year and you will NOT be charged the $50 late cancellation fee. 

The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions. 

We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. It’s your job to make sure the park has the electrical hookup to power the blower. We do offer generator rentals for $75 if needed! Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide!

We can set up on any level surface that includes grass, concrete, and cement. We CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt, or uneven surfaces. We do require you to send us photos of the setup area for approval prior to securing your event date.
